• Check-out: 11:00 AM EST
• Daily room service is not offered.
• A credit or debit card is required at check-in to cover any incidentals. Held funds are released 5–10 business days after checkout.

Pet Policy

We do not allow dogs or any pets on the property. Violations of this policy may result in forfeiture of 100% of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Changes to reservations may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival with no fee.
• Cancellations with less than 30 days notice result in 100% forfeiture of the room charge including tax.
• Cancellations with more than 30 days notice receive a 90% credit toward a future reservation.
• All reservations are subject to a $15 resort fee.
• Alpine Garden is not liable for refunds or credits associated with third-party booking cancellations.

Privacy Notice

Alpine Garden Camping Village LLC collects your name, email address, and payment information solely to administer your reservation, communicate with you, and comply with applicable law. We use encrypted third-party payment processing. Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Some technical information such as IP address is collected automatically for security and operational purposes. We retain your information for no longer than one year after your stay. Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at Alpine Garden, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You agree to treat all staff and fellow guests with respect. Harassment, threatening behavior, or actions that endanger others will result in immediate removal from the property and contact with law enforcement. Alpine Garden is not liable for injuries resulting from deliberate unsafe actions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Our goal is a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for everyone on property.
